What the VidaVoir app does

VidaVoir is a mobile dating application. After signing in, you build a profile with your name, age and photos, and the app shows you other members near you, ordered by distance. You can favourite people, view their profiles, and message anyone you are allowed to reach. Messages support text, photos and voice notes.

Distances and heights read in kilometres or in miles and feet, whichever you prefer, and times follow your phone's own clock. The app is available on Android. A web version and an iPhone version are planned later.

How signing in works

VidaVoir uses Sign in with Google so that you do not have to create and remember another password. When you sign in, the app asks Google only for your basic profile information and your email address.

1. You tap “Continue with Google” in the VidaVoir app and choose your Google Account.
2. VidaVoir receives your name and email address, and uses them to create your VidaVoir account and to contact you about it.
3. You then set up your VidaVoir profile — the name, age, photos and details you choose to show are yours to edit or delete at any time.

VidaVoir does not read your Gmail, your contacts, your calendar or your files, and never posts anything on your behalf. Your data is not sold. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
