Child Safety Standards

VidaVoir has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our published standards, as required by Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Adults only

VidaVoir is strictly for people aged 18 and over.
We ask for your date of birth when you create your profile and work your age out from it. The date picker will not accept a date that makes you under 18.
Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is removed immediately and permanently.

What is never allowed

Any CSAM or CSAE content, links or references.
Sexualisation of a minor in photos, text or profile content.
Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact a minor.
Trafficking, sextortion, or any other exploitation of a child.

Reporting inside the app

Every profile and every chat has a Report and Block option.
Reports involving child safety are treated as urgent and reviewed first.
You can also write to support@vidavoir.com with SAFETY in the subject line.

What we do about it

Confirmed violations end in immediate and permanent account termination.
The content is removed, and preserved where the law requires it.
Photos are reviewed before they appear to anyone.

Reporting to authorities

We report apparent child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation to Indian law enforcement through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), and we cooperate fully with the police and other authorities.
The content and the account involved are preserved for investigators, as the law requires.
Anyone can also report directly: at cybercrime.gov.in, or by calling the National Cyber Crime Helpline on 1930. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112.

Our designated point of contact for child safety is support@vidavoir.com. We aim to respond to child safety reports within 24 hours.

Compliance

VidaVoir complies with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and with all applicable child safety laws in the regions where the app is available.
